Your tier is based on how much you spend in a calendar year. The higher your tier, the faster you earn rewards.

As soon as your spending reaches the qualifying spend. Your new tier benefits will activate and update to your account the next day!
Once earned, your tier stays active through the next calendar year.
Example: Earn Gold in March 2026 → Gold status lasts until Dec 31, 2027. If you meet the Gold spend threshold in 2027, you’ll keep Gold status again in 2028 and so on…
Yes! All members receive a $12 off birthday coupon - valid 2 weeks before and after your birthday.
Higher tiers also earn bonus points on birthday purchases:
- Silver & Gold: 2X points ON your birthday (0.10 pts per $1 spend)
- Platinum: 2.5X points ON your birthday (0.125 pts per $1 spend)
Birthday coupons are valid once per calendar year.

Points are added once a purchase is completed and will populate in your loyalty account within 24 hours.
Yes. Points expire after 90 days of account inactivity (no purchases). Shopping resets the expiration timer, so if you’re visiting us regularly within 90 days, your points will never expire!
NOTE: Tier status is NOT affected by point expiration. Should you go out of town for an extended time and you don’t visit us for at least 90 days, your points will expire but your tier will remain active - as long as the next calendar year has not passed. Point expiration and tier expiration are completely separate.
All existing points were converted into the new system on April 13th 2026. Not to worry, your existing rewards value will be preserved. Your points will appear lower even though their value has been preserved, only because under the new system they now represent your redeemable value (1 point = $1 redeemable store credit). See example chart below!

No, rewards cannot be combined with other promotions. This includes daily deals, coupons, flash sales, and special offers unless a coupon specifically states that it “is stackable”.
Can I redeem points for cash or gift cards? Can I transfer points to a friend?
No. Points can only be used for future in-store purchases. They are non-transferable and tied to your account.
If a purchase that earned points is refunded, the associated points may be removed or adjusted.
We may update or modify the loyalty program at any time. Any misuse or abuse of the program may result in removal from the program.
- New Tier Status Activation: Membership tiers are activated once the annual spending minimum for that tier is met. Once achieved, the tier status is maintained through the following calendar year.
- Tier Status Expiration: Once a tier is earned as activated in a member’s account, tier status lasts through the next calendar year.
- Points Earned: Members earn points on eligible purchases redeemable for credit towards purchases in store. Point accrual rate varies per membership tier ranging from 0.05 – 0.10 point per $1 spent..
- Points Upload to Account: Points are issued after qualifying purchases are completed and will appear in the customer’s loyalty account.
- Points Redemption: Points may only be used for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or towards prior purchases. Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
- Points Expiration: Points expire after 90 days of purchase inactivity. Points expiration has no effect on your tier status.
- Discount Application: Loyalty rewards and points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly allowed. Additional discounts (such as but not limited to birthday coupons, flash sales, etc.) cannot be stacked.
- Returns or refunds on purchases that generated points may result in the associated points being removed or adjusted.
- Program Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or its terms at any time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the program may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of reward.

How do I join Mana’s rewards program?
Everyone 21+ can easily sign up for free either in-store with a team member or online here. Just be sure to provide the same name, email, and phone number as you do in-store and you’ll start earning points right away!
Does it cost anything to join?
Nope, membership is completely free!
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any Mana location. Points are automatically added to your account after each transaction when you provide your phone number or are logged into your account.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points in-store at checkout. Just let your budtender know you’d like to use your rewards, and they’ll apply the available discount to your purchase. If you’re placing a pre-order you’ll be able to view available points at checkout, but points won’t actually apply to your cart price until pickup.
How much are my points worth?
- 100 points = $5 store credit
- 200 points = $12 store credit
- 400 points = $30 store credit
- 800 points = $60 store credit
- 1200 points = $120 store credit
Can I combine rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts. Some exclusions apply. Our team will always help you maximize your savings within program guidelines.
Do my points expire?
Points may expire after 90 days of inactivity. As long as you’ve visited us at least once in every 90 day cycle, your account will stay active and your points will not expire.
How can I check my points balance?
Your points are easily checked at the bottom on your receipt, in our mobile app, and on our website. To check your points on our website, click “login” next to the view cart button and your points will appear under your name and at checkout. You can also call us at any time to check your points!
Do I earn points on sale items?
