Open Daily: 9am-9pm

General & Store Experience:

You must be 21+ or have a valid Maryland medical cannabis certification. A valid, physical government-issued ID card (and your Patient ID number if you are a medical patient) are required. You can pre-order for easy pickup or visit us in-store for a consultation before your purchase!

  • Adult use (21+):
    • 1.5 ounces of usable cannabis products; or
    • 12 grams of concentrated cannabis products; or
    • Edible cannabis products that do not exceed 750 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
    • No limits on paraphernalia (pipes, lighters, rolling papers etc.)
    • Note that while you can purchase multiple product categories in one transaction, if you purchase the max allotment of any one category, then you cannot purchase any of another. For example, if you purchase 1.5 ounces of flower (the maximum) - you cannot purchase any edibles, vape, etc. But you can purchase 1.2 ounces of flower and 11g of vape cartridges (concentrated cannabis product).
  • Card-holding Medical Patients:
    • One hundred twenty grams (120) of usable cannabis (flower) is the maximum a qualifying patient can possess at one time; or
    • Thirty-Six (36) grams of concentrate/extract can be purchased per 30-day period.
    • Your allotment is on a rolling 30 day period. So if you purchase 7 grams of flower on January 1st, those 7 grams will be added back to your allotment 30 days later (January 31st).
    • Medical allotment is not split up into flower, concentrates, or edibles like adult-use is. There is an equation (120 grams of flower = 36 grams of concentrate/extract) that all product categories pull from.
    • No limits on paraphernalia (pipes, lighters, rolling papers etc.)
    • Note that individual medical patient allotments may vary based on your provider’s suggestion.

Adult-use customers are not permitted to bring in any children to a Maryland dispensary, regardless of their age. Medical Patients are welcome to bring in children aged 7 or younger. Children 8 years or older are required to stay in our waiting area.

Yes! We would love to meet your pup! For our community’s safety, just ask that all dogs be leashed and non-reactive. We also ask that you pick up after your pup if they do their business at any time during your visit.

  •  If shopping recreationally, all orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order with same-name matching. Under state law, you can only order and purchase for yourself.
  • Someone else may pick up your cannabis on your behalf if and only if you are a medical patient and they are your registered caregiver. Your caregiver must be registered with the State of Maryland and be linked to your patient ID number prior to their visit. Linking of a Caregiver to a Patient is done on the Patient's MD OneStop account. Once you click on your patient ID number there should be a green button labeled "actions" and you should see an action to "Add Caregiver". If you have any questions, we’re happy to help!

Legal & Safety Questions

Yes, all legal cannabis products in Maryland are thoroughly from seed to sale and have to adhere to strict quality control standards, testing requirements, and more. Maryland has some of the strictest testing regulations in the US including microbial, toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, moisture content and more in addition to full cannabinoid and terpenes.

No - Maryland law restricts cannabis consumption to private areas only. Smoking cannabis (and hemp) is prohibited in any public place. This includes outdoor spaces and indoor spaces open to the public including parks, streets and sidewalks, bars and restaurants, public transportation (e.g, buses, vans, trains, taxicabs, limousines), most rental properties, and indoor places of employment. Because cannabis remains illegal at the federal level, you also may not possess cannabis on any federal property such as a national park.

No - consumption on dispensary premises is prohibited by law. That includes anywhere on dispensary property such as in our parking spot, even if in your vehicle.

No - transporting cannabis, even if medical, across state lines is a federal offense even if purchased legally. Possession remains illegal under federal law.

Yes. Employers in Maryland can prohibit cannabis use and conduct drug tests.

Cannabis impairs reflexes and judgment, like alcohol or some prescription medicines. Enjoy cannabis responsibly and respect the other drivers on the road. Do not medicate with cannabis and drive! Call a friend, Uber, Lyft, taxi, or wait until you are sober. Open container laws apply to cannabis in the same way they apply to alcohol. Be sure to also keep all cannabis products in their original, sealed package with labels.

All carry limits can be referenced here on the People’s Law Library of Maryland. Possession of up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis product, edible cannabis products that do not exceed 750 milligrams of THC, and up to two cannabis plants is considered personal use and is allowed as long as they were obtained legally and stored properly in original containers with labels attached.

Yes, as long as your friend is over 21, it is for personal use as a gift, and no money/payment in any form has been exchanged. The amount gifted cannot exceed personal possession limits (see above).

Products

We offer cannabis flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vape cartridges, concentrates, accessories, and more. Certain products such as high-dose edibles and concentrates over 1g are limited to those with valid Maryland medical cannabis cards.

  • Overall, always ensure you keep any cannabis products stored safely and securely out of reach of children, minors, and pets.
  • FLOWER: We recommend storing your flower in an airtight glass jar or Polypropylene FDA Compliant & BPA Free container in a cool, dark place away from the sun, bright lights, moisture, and heat to keep it fresh and potent. An ideal temperature for cannabis flower storage is between 40F to 80F. We also recommend keeping containers free of outside moisture to keep a balanced humidity level. Using a humidity control packet inside your container can help maintain that balance and keep your flower from drying out.
  • VAPES: Store your cannabis vape cartridges with the mouthpiece upright. If your cartridge clogs, try blowing into the mouthpiece while pushing the button to activate the vape to clear out any accumulated oil. Clogged cartridges can also be caused by hardened oil in the chamber, for this you can also try to warm up your cartridge in your closed hand.
  • EDIBLES: Many edibles similar to non-medicated gummies are sensitive to temperature changes and moisture. They should be stored in a cool, dark place always from heat and light. This is especially important to ensure popper dosing for edibles. If any melt, they may fuse together making it harder to ensure specific dosage.
  • CONCENTRATES & TINCTURES: Waxy concentrates (such as budders, batters, shatter, etc) and tinctures should be stored in the fridge to preserve the consistency, flavor, and more. Kief and hash do not necessarily need to be stored in your fridge, but should be kept in a cool, dark place always from heat and light. You should always store containers upright.

Our team of patient care specialists aka budtenders are extensively knowledgeable on our product selection and versed in helping guide you to the right recommendations based on your needs and preferences. We also encourage you to also join us for a free live educational webinar where we explore diverse topics surrounding cannabis and wellness.
