🌿 Mana’s Group Nature Walk Series 🌿
Join the Mana Ohana on “Find Your Mana” nature walks across Maryland throughout the outdoor season! We’ll be exploring various trails together. Pre-register to secure your spot and receive our “need to know” email the day before the walk. See below for FAQs and what to bring. Walks may take place in the morning or evening depending on the season—please double-check times and plan to arrive 10 minutes early. See you on the trails!

Some important reminders…
  • No Smoking or Cannabis Consumption: Due to the public park setting, smoking and cannabis consumption are strictly prohibited.
  • What to Wear: Dress appropriately for the weather, including light, breathable clothing to handle the heat. Wear long sleeves and pants to protect against ticks and other insects.
  • Bring a Water Bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing your own water bottle.
  • Footwear: Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes suitable for uneven and possibly muddy terrain.
  • Sun Protection: Apply sunscreen and wear a hat or sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.
  • Insect Repellent: Consider using insect repellent to further protect against ticks and other bugs.
  • Stay on Designated Trails: For your safety and to protect the environment, please stay on marked paths and follow all posted signs.
  • Leave No Trace: Pack out all trash and belongings to keep the park clean and beautiful.
  • Emergency Contact: Ensure someone knows your plans and fill out the below emergency contact information.
